Building on Management Leadership – ICTS Deutschland GmbH

Between 5 and 6 December 2023, ICTS Deutschland held a two-day Management Conference in Hamburg attended by Managers from across ICTS Deutschland’s primary sites of operation (Frankfurt, Munich, Hanover, Berlin, Saarbrücken, Stuttgart, Darmstadt, and Hamburg).

The conference focused on strategy and culture, addressing recent developments within the Airline/Airport security sector and the evolvement of risk mitigation originating from IT and Cyber Security e.g. via social media platforms, including the successful roll-out of Eagle7 across Germany (Eagle7 is an in-house CBT programme for initial and recurrent x-ray interpretation, authorized by all German Airport Authorities).

ICTS Deutschland’s HR Manager of People & Culture, Mrs Durmaz, gave an interesting presentation on employee motivation and retention and Mrs. Pallasch, responsible for Payroll & Accounting, provided valuable insights into digital administration with particular focus on the ICTS Europe Planet software.
The event also marked the celebration of Senior Manager Mr. Bohn’s retirement, recognizing and appreciating his 35 years of dedicated service and to thank him for his unwavering contribution to the business.
Mrs. Dimitra Ritsikalis has been introduced as his successor as Senior Manager, responsible as Manager Compliance Training & Quality.

The conference enabled our top Managers to exchange experiences, enhance leadership skills, and foster a collaborative environment, aligning with the broader goal of promoting our special ICTS company culture.
